Dear valued Chase-Nedrow Companies customer:

In response to the Governor of Michigan’s Executive Order 2020-21 regarding the temporary
requirement to suspend “activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life” which went
into effect on March 24, 2020, we would like to advise you of the status of our companies.
Nedrow Refractories, Chase Nedrow Manufacturing Inc. and Chase Nedrow Industries Inc.
(Chase Nedrow Companies) are considered essential suppliers to certain industries that are
classified as essential as defined by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity &

This letter is intended to advise you that we are here to support you and your company as you
continue to operate your business during these difficult times.
Please feel free to contact us if you have and specific needs or requirements for which we could
be of assistance.
